Enrollment Payment
If you are approved to proceed, your provider will send you a secure $149 enrollment payment link. You are never charged before approval.

Book Your Consultation
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive private access to schedule your virtual consultation, followed by a confirmation with your next steps.

Do I pay when I apply?+
No. Applying is free. The $149 enrollment fee is requested only after a provider has reviewed your application and approved you to proceed, through a secure payment link sent by your provider.
What happens after I submit my application?+
Your application remains pending until a licensed provider reviews it personally. Applications are never approved or declined automatically. If your provider needs more information, they will reach out through the secure patient platform.
When can I book my consultation?+
Consultation scheduling opens after your enrollment payment is confirmed. You'll receive private scheduling access at that time.
Who is eligible for a GLP-1 prescription?+
Eligibility is determined by a licensed provider after reviewing your health history, current health, and any available lab results. Approval to proceed with a consultation does not guarantee a prescription or treatment eligibility.
Is the cost of medication included?+
No. Prescription medication costs are separate from program fees and vary by medication, pharmacy, and coverage. Your provider can talk through options with you.
Will I need lab testing?+
Your provider may review recent lab results or request new testing to help guide your care. Laboratory fees are not included in program pricing.
What about side effects?+
All medications can have side effects. Your provider will review potential risks with you before starting any treatment and continue to check in throughout your care.
How do telehealth visits work?+
Visits take place virtually through a secure telehealth platform, so you can meet with your provider from home. Telehealth care is available only in the locations listed under Service Jurisdictions.
